Your practice is busy, and at times it can be hard to differentiate between products and keep up with new products. The Singer Optical Savings Bank is intended to offer your patients the best lenses and options while keeping your practice profitable.

Upon enrollment, you will be eligible to receive a reoccurring lab credit for every pair of Camber Steady Pro and ICONZERO AR orders. Other products and rebate multipliers will be added to further your rebate opportunities

TERMS:

• A minimum of 6 Camber Steady Pro progressive orders is required per month.

• Standard Volume Discount still applies for total lens price.

• Account must be in good financial standing.

• Rewards are only valid on billed jobs: free pairs, remakes and warranty pairs are not eligible for rewards.

• Multi-Pair orders ARE valid for rewards.

• Reward credit will be issued on the 15th of every month for one total earned rebate amount, only if, payment has been received for prior months purchases.

• Rebate is NOT eligible for cash redemption. Rebate will be forfeited if rebate amount exceeds total purchases for the prior month.

• Limited time offerings, including bonus opportunities, gift card opportunities, additional discounts may be available only for enrolled accounts.

  • Yes, to qualify for ANY rebate, you must have a minimum of 6 Camber Steady Pro per month. If you fall below 6 per month, no rebate will be issued for that month. You do not need to re-enroll if you fall out of 6 per month status.
